Section Sizes for Industrial and Commercial Buildings - site specific
Product Features
-
Captures Accelerated Winds: The DCTS is designed to capture winds that are accelerated by the airfoil-shaped housing and building surfaces.
-
Storm Survivability: The DCTS has a self-protecting retractable sheath that is engaged during high wind and storm conditions, protecting the turbine from damage or over-speed.
-
Quiet Operation
-
System Redundancy: When installed in a stacked configuration, can continue generating power with one unit in the stack operating.
-
Low Profile Design: Ability to seamlessly integrate into the sides and tops of building structures, the DCTS has small visual footprint.

CURRENT PROJECTS UNDERWAY FOR DCTS-V
& DCTS-H
Sprung Structures
Have been engaged NPC to assist with the commercialisation of the wind ducted turbines for buildings, for installation into their current structures. Product is now ready for market in September 2014.
Chile
High Altitude Mines in Chile will be testing high velocity wind turbines. There will be 2 new mines not yet operating and one existing mine which has been open for over 5 years. All mines are short term re-deploy ability is important. – The folding wind turbine and a larger industrial version of the ducted wind turbine will be supplied.
Ghana
MOU signed with the Company - Doubson Ghana Limited who have significant contacts and existing contracts for other services, in both the government and private enterprises, they will be visiting Australia in the July 2014 with one of the largest Cool-store Owner, who is looking for a secure and reliable source of energy from wind turbines to run his cool store, without reliance on the grid.
They have signed contracts with real estate developers to supply them with NPC Energy products, suitable to their applications and they have also had a meeting with other cold-store owners in regards to NPC Energy supplying renewable energy solutions for them.
