Once in a Blue Moon, a Restaurant emerges that evolves into the Premier Dining Establishment of it’s region.

 

As Owner/Executive Chef of Redmanna Waterfront Restaurant I have strived to create a dining experience like no other.

 

We source fresh WA produce as much as possible including Local Seafood from up and down the WA coast line, Butterfields Beef from the Great Southern and Lamb from Lake Grace. Most items on our menu are made on the premises, this is the case with all of our desserts.

 

Redmanna’s wine list is very patriotic to WA however, you will also fine great wines from some of the best wineries throughout Australia and New Zealand.

 

Our selection of desserts are an experience not to be missed!. Our dessert taste platter is an impressively presented array of taste-sized portions, featuring many of the desserts we have to offer.
